This week I have done my Vert Shock workout for 2 days i first start off doing my warm up. I ran for 2 minutes. Right after the warm up i went straight into it, doing push ups and sit ups. Then I did box jumps on the side of my shed. I drink 2 bottles of water every time i workout and after i do that i do post streches.

In doing this workout called Vert Shock online. I will be able to jump 9-15 inches in the next 12 weeks. I'm hoping i can dunk by the end of this project. I will make and post videos of how high i can jump now to then.
Some difficulties i will have is that it takes me a long time to do these workouts. 3 out of 7 days i have to work and i have to do it a lot it is going to be hard to get it all done. It is also really hard workout so i will be really tired after i am done so i will need to have enough time to take a shower. My mentor to do this would be my dad Keith James growing up he always wanted to dunk and he finally was able to. He had really bad knee problems so soon after that he lost a lot of that ability. |
